Farm Day

Great to see Grandpa A! We had a nice picnic lunch outside with him & Auntie Kim. Such a beautiful day out too.

Then out to the farm to play in the creek with cousins.

Pick apples with Grandma A.

And go for a ride with Uncle Kraig. It was a great day!

Fall Fun

 Nothing says fall like pumpkins and hiking through God's world! What a beautiful weekend!

Come and Play

When Hadley & Piper were three, they stayed home and played all the live long day with each other.  It was bliss.  Having your best buddy right there to play with, albeit argue with, but someone you love more than any other person in the world.  Bryndel has got herself.  And me, of course.  But knowing that a little interaction with other kids her age might be beneficial and fun, Bryndel started Camp Come and Play this morning!  Its at the same great church Hadley & Piper attended preschool when they were four and five, and is just two hours one morning a week.  She ran right in this morning, like an old pro.  But suddenly realized that I was not right there, turned around to cry out, "Mama!"  Her teachers reassured her, and when I slipped through the door she was smiling again.  At pickup, it was her shining happy face that came flying through the door first.  Jumping up and down, and shouting as loudly as she could, "It was weally weally (really) FUN, Mom!!"  And she's been chatting away about it every since.  Praise God!

Hadley & Piper were SO excited for Bryndel.  I love how you can see each one of them peeking down at her to see her expression.

And I love how you can see how little Piper cares for 'silly' pictures, hehe.  Great day!

Labor Day 2015

We were blessed with a weekend at Grandma & Grandpa's lake!  Ahhh, did it ever feel good!  Despite some pretty serious thunder, lightning, power outages, and several inches of rain, we had a great time being together :)

Hooray for cousins!  And one last dip in the pool before summer is officially over :)

Next on the schedule is getting ready to celebrate Dad's 60th birthday!!!  Thanks for the great weekend; love you!

First Day of School 2015

Piper was off to school yesterday as a 1st Grader!!

And Hadley off to 3rd Grade!!

And how does that make you feel, Bryndel? 
"Eek sad!"  And while she lamented the night before while I was tucking her in, that Mom & Dad dates were not enough, she wanted 'Sister Dates,' she seemingly enjoyed our undivided attention yesterday morning :) 

Praise God!  It was a great first day back despite being in the mid 80s and steamy!  Kyle hosed them off for good measure last night, hehe.  I think its safe to say they enjoyed it :)
