County Fair 2013

We had a blast sharing the County Fair experience with our good friends, the Rislers, this past weekend!  We've gone with them every summer for the past 4-5 years, and it has been especially fun watching both of our families grow.

All 4 of the 'big kids' thoroughly enjoyed checking out all of the animals, and carefully walked up down the barns together (sometimes even holding hands!).

Bryndel couldn't believe her good fortune when we plunked her into the stroller and walked her past TONS of animals!  She used that expression while grunting at everything from sheep to cows. She was equally enamored with her new buddy, Marlee (see below)!

And finally, my favorite part, the ice cream shakes!  While eating mine that evening, I kept thinking about how I'd likely be sharing with two other straws next year!  And during the middle of night, as I held back Hadley's hair over the toliet, I was thinking, and Why do I have to share at all??? (Both big sisters have since recovered from a very quick flu bug.)
