Bryndel is 11

We had so much fun on Bryndel's 11th birthday that I forgot to post! Happy birthday sweet girl! We cannot wait to see what God has in store for you in your last year of elementary school!

Piper is 15!!

Happy 15th birthday, sweet Piper! We cannot wait to see what God has in store for you in high school!! We sure love your competitive spirit, encouraging words, and contagious laugh. You are a blessing to our family❤️

July 2023

July was a fun filled month! We began by celebrating the 4th with a couple of Bryndel's friends and their families.

We headed down to visit Grandma & Oma while Piper went to a tennis camp near Grandma's house.

We hosted a big group of Andersons while Kurt & Anne were in town, and the girls got their sweet fill of the youngest Andersons!

We ventured out on our first college tour for Hadley!! We drove 7.5 hours down to Truman State University in Missouri. It was an amazing campus, and a bittersweet weekend. Cannot wait to see what God has planned for our Hadley!

Hadley finished out the month at FCA Leadership Camp.

While the rest of us attended OneFest Christian Music Festival (Bryndel with her friend Kari). Now, we are on to the best month of summer ☀️ 

Family Vacation 2023

We spent a beautiful week exploring Grand Teton & Yellowstone National Parks! 

YELLOWSTONE

Old Faithful did not disappoint! Mountain air sure is brisk early in the morning though!

Because of the cool temperatures, the Midwest Geyser Basin (aka the Grand Prismatic) was a bit steamy to say the least. 

We all thoroughly enjoyed the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. If you asked the girls, they would probably say the plentiful bison or the mama grizzly and her two cubs were their favorite though!

JACKSON HOLE

We enjoyed staying right at the base of the Grand Tetons, in Jackson, Wyoming. We shopped, ate dinner out, and had plenty of ice cream. We also drove over the very steep Teton Pass into Idaho, and took a tour of the Jackson National Fish Hatchery.

TREETOP ADVENTURE

We spent an afternoon going through a pretty intense mountaintop ropes course & zipline! When we finished, Bryndel told me, "I mean, I like looking at pretty things, but this is my favorite part of vacation!"

GRAND TETONS

We went in and out of this beautiful park all week long. The mountain view was incredible.

We spent our last day at Jenny Lake doing the incredible Inspiration Point and Cascade Canyons hike. It was the perfect way to end our vacation.

June 2023

We have had a great start to summer!

Piper started working a couple afternoons a week at Kyle's office! Hadley is almost working full time this summer at the office!

Auntie Bev came for a visit and caught one of Bryndel's SB games! Grandma also caught a game!

And we made it to the lake for the 21st annual Graham Family Vacation, and even got hugs from Grandma Joan!

May 2023

It was a great May! The track season wrapped up for Hadley & Piper, just in time for Bryndel's softball season to amp up. School came to a beautiful close, and now we are on to summer!!

Hadley got to compete at the same track meet as her cousin Ava!

She had great success in the triple jump and 400 this season.  

Piper also had a great track season, setting a PR almost everytime she ran the 800.

Piper also got to participate in her school's color run.

Bryndel shot her first turkey!! And was treated to her own Alaskan fan club at her softball game. Brent, Cali, Emma, Clay, and Roger spent several days with us!

We started the summer out right by spending Memorial Day at the lake with Grandma and the cousins.

Cylas even caught a large mouth bass right off the dock while he and Hadley were visiting. It's going to be a great summer!
